STOLON ARTS & SCIENCES was founded in 2004 on the territory of the Grands Caussesin France, with the aim of studying the links between Art, Science, Nature and Humanity. Under the high patronage of the Foundation of France, begins an "Acoustic inventory of the inheritance", initiating a vast campaign of promotion of the natural inheritance, through multiple educational and cultural actions mediatized (partnership Ministries of the E. N. and J. S. V. A., in particular)..
Center of sound creation in a hyper rural environment, STOLON ARTS & SCIENCES association created the “ecofestival de l'inouï", placed under the sign of the sustainable development - beaconing avoiding the luminous pollution (formation P. N. C. ), immersive broadcasting (TIMMPI/SubPac), catering short circuits, reusable dishes, etc. - and promoting concerts in acoustic and in situ "under the rock" and "under the stars", while sound walks developed with guides of the Cevennes National Park and with various partners animated by the development of the subject that represents "Sound ecology".
Placed under the artistic direction of Dr. Frédéric Bousquet, "Inouï's eco-festival" aims to promote the Lozerean sound heritage to the widest audience.
Since 2006, through the different editions, various cultural and religious sites have been valorized:
